 Prairie Mountain Health corporate office is located at 192-1st Avenue West, Box 579, Souris, MB R0K 2C0
     
Qualifications: - Must hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
- Must provide proof of coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
- Certification in the College of Family Physicians preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Valid Driver's Liscense.
     
 Compensation: - Compensation is derived from fee-for-service billing as per the current Manitoba physician’s manual
  negotiated in the Master Agreement between the Minister of Health and Doctors Manitoba.
- Further remuneration is available to the physician by providing Emergency Department coverage.
  Renumeration for this would be in the form of on call stipends and fee-for-service billing as per the current
  Doctors Manitoba agreemtn for Basic A and Basic B Hospitals.
- Fees will be dependent on volume of services provided.
- Competitive rate of overhead charged.

Description: Looking for a Family Physician to provide temporary physician relief services in multiple locations within
Prairie Mountain Health. In addition to a core practice of primary care, inpatient, acute care and long term care
at the Personal Care Homes, the physician will also be required to participate in the ER schedule for the
Emergency Department and Personal Care Home.
